Every time I've ordered from here I've had issues. Missing items, terrible quality, rock solid buns. When reporting the issue, I've been told that these issues don't qualify for a refund. Then what does? Receiving a taco from taco bell? The Boonville Wendy's needs major improvement in quality and in respect for their costumers.

The crispy chicken nuggets and the fries and the hamburger were really good. I ordered two chocolate Frosty's for my grandkids, but they sent two vanilla ones so that part was kind of a bust. But overall, the food was great.

Not my freshest order from Wendy's… Disappointed …
Stale fries, and chicken nuggets… no ice in the drink  At least the burger was very tiny

I went to show a staff member my order screen. She yelled "we only have one DoorDash if that's your's take it if not, there's going to be a wait". They were very busy and stressed I'm sure, but I think you should at least verify the order. We were missing a soda and after her attitude, I did not even want to ask for it.
