Best food we've had from IHOP in years. They have truly stepped their game up. The Breakfast Family Feast with Waffles was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were crispy.

I ordered the split pancakes and french toast and two eggs and four sausages. the French toast was rubbery the eggs weren't even 2 eggs and they were Yogi, ordered hard eggs. then in the bag they gave me 24 packs of salt. I don't recommend this spot. I ordered this dish all the time I just didn't like the way it was made today.

The omelette tasted strange.  The pancakes were wafer thin and did not taste like they used to.  Nothing tasted good.
The milkshake  picture shows a tall drink for almost $10.  What came was the smallest take-out cup they must have that holds half of what was pictured.  I know everyone is cutting back on quantities but here they are also cutting back on quality.   The whole order was disappointing.

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes- (Full Stack) are so delicious. The Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy were fresh. The Crispy Shrimp & Fries Platter was a large portion. The Fresh Berry Crepes were very good as well. Would order again.

The omelette was horrible.  It was dry and had scant fajita filling which was also bad quality.   The chicken was awful.  The pancakes - their namesake - were dry and hard.  They used to be soft and moist but for a while now they have been dry and like leather.  This was not a one time thing. IHOP is no longer a good place for pancakes or for anything else.  It's a shame.  They may go out of business soon if they continue this trend.  With the taxes and fees, even with my membership free shipping, $30 for an empty omelette and dry pancakes it is not worth it.
