Got the Reeses peanut butter cup blizzard and it came still frozen! Exactly what I needed

The 2 ordered blizzards were less than full, probably only 80%. The mixing of the ice cream and ingredients was insufficient, most of the ingredients remained in the bottom of the cup. We have had much better products previously from this store.

There's been many times when i've ordered from other ice cream shops then they just put the cup in the bag. then it goes everywhere and is a real pain and mess to cleanup. i really appreciate the effort to make sure that didn't happen.

My blizzard is a soupy mess when it's supposed to have filling & it wasnt the dasher because my boyfriends was fine.

I love the blizzard but it was packed so when I opened the cap half of the blizzard spilled out. They need better packaging. And it was melted.
