The tenders were delicious. the fries could have been crisper but they were packaged in a plastic to go box so I think the humidity made them softer than they initially were. Tender shack sauce and ranch were both really good and seemed homemade not just squeezed from a bottle.

Order was missing 2 of the 4 sauces. Also ordered a side of fries which consided of a loose handful of fires being tossed in the bottom of the container. Chicken was pretty mediocre, I would recommend Detroit Wing Company's boneless "wings" if you want some much better chicken tenders

Ordered an extra side of fries and it looks like they split an order of 1 fries into two boxes. I have ordered this before and have half the normal amount i would. I counted 8 fries in my second box for $2.50.

The tenders are so good!! The fries are better than 5 guys! And the sauces are amazing!

I love their tenders, but they have only gotten my order right 1 time. I can't deny that the flavor is what makes these the best chicken tenders, but every time I order for work, I've gotten screwed. The one time I actually received fries and Nashville hot option was when I ordered it to my house. Still didn't get the correct amount of sauces (that I paid for)... that chicken is so good! DO NOT TRY AND ORDER FRIES, NASHVILLE HOT, OR PAY FOR ANY EXTRA SAUCES.... you absolutely will not get them, and Outback in Traverse City is a ghost kitchen, so you will absolutely get screwed! The nearest tendershack is in Florida! As a chef, I can tell. They are actually tenders and not just breast cut up. Great flavor! I paid 75 bucks for a pile of some good tasting tenders, not enough sauce, and never any fries! order wrong 9 out of 10 times!
