None of our modification requests were met. The Italian was supposed to have no ham and it was practically all ham, not to mention they put so much dressing it was soaking through the wrapped paper as well as the paper bag. Chicken Teriyaki was salty

Hands down the best sub I've ever had, including Jimmy John's, Subway, Firehouse, and Jersey Mike's. I ordered one on at work a few days ago for the first time and it was so good I just got more to share with my family. Highly recommend the Grilled Classic Italian, but the Grilled Club is also great. Chewy bread, warm sandwich, fresh lettuce, zero complaints.

$40 for 2 sandwiches... food was terrible. Its the smallest sandwich and was dry and hard. Will never go back.

I love Penn Station but this location seems not as good as others I've been to. Last time they messed up my order and this time I ordered a large fry, but it's not filled. This is what is was fresh outta the bag.

I paid almost 60$ for a meal that wasn't right in way too greasy even the salad was greasy unacceptable, the cookies were 11$ for them to be brunt in old
