• 6/16/24Karina's conchas are consistently soft and delicious. I like to put a few in the freezer as soon as they arrive. They still taste fresh when they thaw. I've never had campechanas before. I warmed them up for 2 minutes in the air fryer and they came flaky and delicious. Great with coffee! I will definitely get them again.

• 3/8/26I love everything about this place, been going for years. Ordered a 32oz Iced Coffee today and they got new cups. The new cup only holds 16oz. I should have either gotten 2 or paid for a small coffee. Disappointed, but if the size and prices are changed, it's fixable.

• 10/13/22Karina's bakery is hands down the best place I have ever been. I am European and a Chef . I am so impressed with this bakery that I have watched grow not just in food selections, but with passion and love for baking and more.
If you don't give this place a try you're crazy.
It's a little gem in the heart of Mundelein!
Every single thing is so fresh and tastes amazing - it reminded me of being with family and having lunch.
I hope you get to grow this business so everyone can enjoy a taste of passionately prepared excellent food!

• 11/10/23The breakfast burritos have been delicious. The bolillo con queso y jalapeño is the perfect little kick, we use it for sandwiches. Concha's always #1 around.
