Everything tasted great. The A3. Sliced Beef in Chili Sauce 麻辣牛肉 has a Sichuan feel to it. The N11. 3-in-1 Biang-Biang noodle 三合一裤带面 has really good flavor and lasted me two meals. The W3. Red Chili Oil Wonton(10pcs) 红油炒手 sauce is flavoring but not really spicy

So so solid. the noodles were chewy, N7. Cumin Lamb Biang-Biang noodle 孜然羊肉裤带面 is a a bit more mild than I was expecting but not in a bad way by any means. still very flavorful, warm, aromatic. No mala/numbing so if you're not into that I think this would be great.
The cold A3. Sliced Beef in Chili Sauce 麻辣牛肉 was insane. So flavorful. The chili sauce is very rich and punchy. A nice, mellow, numb to it. Not very spicy. I want this again already.
The R1. Chinese Pork Burger 腊汁肉夹馍 truthfully left a little to be desired. it was roast pork I believe and just didn't have a lot going on with it flavor wise. I did forget to ask for chili oil but I think that would have really helped. pork was juicy, though.

Meet Qin Noodle is INCREDIBLE!!! They went above and beyond with my order and customer service! I highly recommend trying their food ASAP.... some of the best Xian style chinese in town. (The Original Cold Noodles are the best)

Ordered the N7. Cumin Lamb Biang-Biang noodle 孜然羊肉裤带面 and the N14-3. Spicy Mapo Tofu Over Noodle 麻婆豆腐拌面 both were delicious and unique and did not disappoint. The cumin lamb was perfect. The mapo isn't tooo spicy, just the right amount of heat. & the noodles are sooo fresh and chewy and delicious! Can't wait to order those two dishes again!!!
