The tuna salad sandwich was heated. Not toasted bread - a cold salad sandwich was heated. Melted all the mayonnaise out onto wrapper so left with dry tuna fish, especially since they also forgot the cheese. Tasted terrible & not like any other Potbelly's tuna salad sandwich.

We did not get the two bags of chips we ordered, didn't get one of the turkey sandwiches, (they are buy one get one free)one half of the turkey sandwich I did get had lettuce on it which I did not want, the two halves of the one turkey sandwich we did get came in two separate sub bags and the other half was ok. we did not get a spoon for the soup we ordered.
