Yaki Udon : This has never been an issue before. l ordered the house Yaki Udon ..my favorite. this order had one piece of beef and that was it. no chicken or shrimp at all...pretty much vegetarian. I been noticing this trend all over Anchorage. I have an injured wrist and can't cook most of the time. Door Dash isn't working well lately.

I really like Ryuu Bowl. Average prices for sushi in Anchorage if not a little lower yet the best I have had so far. I have tried the Hot Night, the Rainbow1, fried rice, and the yaki soba. All very delicious and substantial.

Best fried rice with shrimp that i have eaten. No soy sauce needed. The beef short ribs were delicious and i liked that extra marinade on the side was included with the rice. Every place I've been doesn't provide it.

So good!! Lunch Special is worth every penny! I've ordered from here a few times and it's never disappointed! Large portions! It becomes more than 1 meal! Definitely do not sleep on this place!
