Taste is wonderful (love being able to pick options that work well as I have a lot of texture issues with food), however, the kids meal is misadvertised as a "bento style" box (which would keep food separated for a picky eater) which was not the case - all selections for the kids meal were placed in one compartment, side by side.

This is the smallest Regular salad I've ever received from Salata. There's barely any toppings or even lettuce. Not mixed either. This was my pregnancy craving and it's very disappointing with how expensive these salads are that they are slacking on the toppings.

I ordered a small salad with arugula and spinach as the base. They put all of the arugula on the bottom and as I was taking it out the togo container I noticed all of arugula was dead and wilted. I hadn't even put a drop of dressing on it yet.
Wilted and slimy!

I love the salads at Salotto however it never fails that every time I get a delivery with the pita strips, the pita strips are always stale. They should really do something about the pita strips cause they should be nice salty crunchy no matter if you're delivering, picking up or eating there.

I normally order from the Salata by the town center. My raspberry lemonade tastes like half lemonade half water. I paid extra for a dressing that i could've gotten for free if i hadn't checked off vinegar, that i didn't receive.
