While the flavor of the oxtail was incredible, but the filling in the tacos could've been heavier considering the 6$ per taco price. Some chopped onions and cilantro/parsley would've definitely added to mix since there wasn't much " birria " flavors coming through otherwise. I'd say 8/10. Still a very delicious taco and the consomé was amazing and gave the rice and peas the extra kick it needed. The rice and peas had the best portion size but was a little bland and mushy 6.5/10 The Mac and Cheese was a solid 7.5/10 but again could've used more of a portion. Overall I'd say the whole meal was a 7/10 but I'd still order again if I to try the sliders and quesadillas.
