Food was great and sandwich is massive. cheese sauce was more like melted American cheese instead of nacho cheese sauce but still good

the BBMC Combo is legit 3 pressed chicken nuggets, and I ordered it "hot" but the flavor is barely there. it also shows slaw on the sandwich, but it came on shredded lettuce. Sorely disappointing, especially for the price

I order from here all the time. This is the 3rd time where either the fries were missing or the sandwich is missing all the ingredients as shown on their DoorDash page, except the chicken. I love the food but I feel like after 3 strikes I gotta complain due to missing items or missing most ingredients.
