chopped brisket sandwich was amazingggg. i loved the buy one get one free deal as well! very stuffed and cooked to perfection! i ordered my bbq sauce & pickles/onion on the side.

2 Meat Plate with 2 Sides , the BBQ sauce itself is phenomenal, sadly it ends there. The chopped brisket lacked any smokey flavor, the ribs were just OK, not worth the $4 upcharge. The cowboy beans lacked salt and pepper, which would be fine IF ANY condiments were provided. There was no saving the potato salad, no pickles, no pimento, no onions, just mustard, mayo and potatoes. No pickles, onions, or jalapeños added as condiments either. Just one extremely stale slice of bread to compliment my almost $40 meal.
Banana Pudding... ok lets back up and call it what it is, vanilla pudding with ZERO bananas and ONE whole vanilla wafer all to myself... hard pass on this one in the future, sorry.

The smoked cabbage is just steamed cabbage, very small portions, it looked like a scoop of brisket and two small sized ribs.

I have eaten in person at Shortys and it was great; not sure if delivery affected the quality or what - but this time it was not great! The chicken was dry and chopped brisket was fatty. We also got two small sauces for the 3 Meat Plate with 2 Sides and a chopped brisket Sandwiches. We will try again, but next time in person for sure!
