I complain. A lot!! When you pay a bazillion dollars to get food delivered these days, what was once less than $5 in person is nearly $60-$70 delivered. It's crazy so I expect the best service and food when I order.
Hathaway, noticed an issue, before I acted "Karen", and sent a piece of pie. Pretty basic and simple, right? Not so much. I've NEVER had another restaurant proactively fix a problem.
The food was good, I'll order again. Truthfully, that piece of cake, I won't even eat (family will), just repaid them a profit (including the profit loss) beyond what they could ever advertise over. That single act - gave me a breakfast place I will order from regularly.
The hostess who caught this concern, deserves a raise. I'd hire her in a heartbeat... Not kidding. If she messages me, she has a job. LOL
Amazing job on her part. Which also means the leadership team above her, is brilliant.
A rare 5/5 from me.

They do not use mayo on sandwich, it's Miracle Whip which is NOT the same thing AT ALL. The tomato on the sandwhich was so thick and way too much of it, it was basically a tomato sandwich with a couple pieces of turkey. Their "salad" is basically weeds with a few tomatoes tossed on it. 2/10. Would not recommend.

The banana cream pie tastes like flour and I ordered a whole pie. The tartar sauce was liquid, no taste or flavour. Also ordered coffee and didn't get any.

I ordered a Hathawqy's Tater Tots. I got the tots but where is the rest of it?!?! I paid $18.99 for 20 tots?!?!

CoffeeBig Breakfast as always best breakfast in edmonton highly reccomend. good size portions and everything was fresh and very delicious.
