I believe the store ran out of the donuts I ordered but they did give me 12 assorted when I ordered 6 donuts. Love the accommodation.

I don't like being nitpicky but I'm sick of the wrong cheese being used when I order through the app. I pick white cheddar because that's how I like the wrap & I think the yellow cheese is nasty with eggs. It makes it almost inedible for me. I never have the issue when I go to the store, so it feels like it's just negligence when they know the customer isn't there to check

bagel was burnt and hard as a rock, coffee came with no safety sticker so was only 3/4 filled when it got to me. customer service helped me get a refund very quickly.

The one iced Original Blend Iced Coffee had about 2 inches of sugar on the bottom, and the other had absolutely no flavoring like it was supposed to.
