The taste was OK. The portion was fine. The buns were stale on my burgers. I ordered a two pack of Fried Apple Pie was charged for two and only received one. I also did not receive the medium fry that I ordered. I know these things happen, but I know you guys can do better than this.

Every single time I order they forget my sauces which I pay 50 cent each for the didn't even fill my fries half way like come on. Or they add 1-2 pickles on my sandwich when I ask for extra??

It was cold. The meat was salty. The fries were bland. I wouldn't order again. Fries were clearly old.

Mcdonald's in brandenburg is the most inconsistent restaurant. Received a regular mcchicken when I ordered a spicy when and it had cheese when it was just supposed to be mayo and lettuce. I wouldn't order again. The fries were cold like they'd been sitting a while.

I ordered a medium fry with my meal and I swear to you it wasn't even half full. The bag was sealed so I know the dasher is not at fault. The bag had ZERO loose fries in it. This was just pure and absolute laziness and a lack of caring about the customer and their hard earned money. I wouldn't normally post these things but this particular McDonald's is a problem.
