Overall the food was good, but for some reason the Taco Bell here in Portland (MI) never sends the seasoning packets in the order.  It's happened every time we've ordered from them.  Also, the Mexican Pizza was put in the bottom of the bag, with all of the other food stacked on top, which mashed the box lid into the Mexican Pizza, making a mess of it.

I ordered a steak Grilled Cheese Burrito with extra steak, but got a steak quesadilla with a bare minimum of steak.  And the Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos had only about half the fillings that they used to have, and even the taco shells seemed stale.  I won't be ordering from the Portland, MI store again after that order.

The tacos had literally a teaspoon of ingredients shoved into a cracked shell.  there was only one verde sauce in the entire order for 3 items that were suppose to have it. The container for the chips and cheese had only enough cheese to lightly coat the inside of the dixie cup.

A 100% in my top 3 of the most horribly made crunchwraps ive ever had. 3/4 of salad and then last bit the only meat in it.  I always spam the sauce packet button and Ididnt get a single one again.

Grande Nachos - Seasoned Beef were not supposed to have guacamole and Grilled Cheese Burrito had barely any beef the sauce was all in one spot aswell as the rice
