Dave's double cheese burger was delicious.  lettuce, tomatoes and onions were fresh and crispy.  large fries were hot, crisp on the outside and soft inside.  only complaint is, since special requests aren't possible, appropriate condiments be included automatically.  a few ketchup packets would be nice if fries are ordered.

Coffee was not filled. Almost 2 inches of space between top of cup and top of coffee fill. Was barely lukewarm despite the coffee being fully covered. Cinnabons were dry and tough. Was hoping for something more akin to a cinnamelt that McDonalds use to have or even the softness of the Cinnabites from Taco Bell.

Worse order ever, gets worse each time I have ordered. The taco salad was HORRIBLE!! Tomatoes were just the tomato peels and the lettuce was wilted, hardly any cheese and the entire salad was about half the size it used to be but cost more. The chili was only half full and warm. The single was also lousy, tomato was extremely thin and dry, the meat should have been set aside for chili meat, and again sandwich was about the size of a child's order and cost more. I was a manager at 3 different stores and although a while ago we NEVER served such horrible food. Mr Thomas hired me and I am sure he would be horrified at this stores business.

Both sandwiches were great!! Bacon was very crisp and sausage was very flavorful. I would have liked if the Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant had more creamy Swiss cheese sauce but other than that both were great! The true stars were the Seasoned Potatoes and the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart. Both great! The potatoes were really, really good, best they've ever been!!!

The Asiago Ranch Chicken Club has recently been getting shredded lettuce instead of the big leaf. I appreciate this. Shredded lettuce is far superior than the large leaf they usually put on. It elevates the sandwich by at least half of a star, maybe even a full star.
