• 1/29/25Kao Pad Phet Jay (Vegetable Basil Fried Rice) was good, lots of flavor, nice portion. Thai Egg Roll (Spring Roll) was crispy and delicious. New! Crispy Fried Tofu (Soft Tofu) also good for price and amount you get.

• 1/11/25Food was amazing! Everything was so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Perfect spice level. Chicken and shrimp cooked to perfection the texture couldnt be better. Masaman curry, drunken noodles with shrimp and chicken and the egg rolls were 10/10. Found my new fav spot to order from. Only thing is add more noodles to your drunken noodles people. The container was barely filled the flavors were all there but adding more noodles would satisfy your customers.

• 3/2/23I love Ricky's Thai! SO much better than any of the other Thai food in Princeton. My favorite is Pad Kee Mao Shrimp & Chicken (Drunken Noodle) — a little kick with a lot of flavor. For dessert, the Sweet Sticky Rice & Mango is classic. Their appetizers are very yummy; I had the puff pastry and Crying Tiger and they were both great. The soups are also delicious.

• 12/22/23Ricky's Thai has been my go to Thai spot for five years now. They are definetly the best Thai restaurant in the Princeton area - way better than places like Thai Village, Amazing Thai, and Thai Delight. The portions are always huge and the food itself is very tasty. The only reason I am giving a 4/5 is because the chicken in my pad thai was a bit dry, otherwise this place is the best!

• 5/18/23Red curry was ok, sadly the quality of the proteins aren't good. Chicken felt like rubber, I paid for extra of shrimps they only added 3 and tasted old. Payed for extra cilantro they didn't add it. The sauce was delicious... but the protein quality ruined it :( vegetables were fresh and well cooked so if you order vegetarian options they should be amazing
