New kitchen in my opinion is the best Chinese food restaurant in Bridgeport. The steamed dumplings are the perfect size for bite-size adventure case of excellence. I also enjoy being able to purchase the steam dumplings for parties place them on a tray with toothpicks. It makes a great presentation and my family and friends. Love them when we have a gathering. Every order I placed from new kitchen restaurant has been peaceful and vibrant as every meal should be when ordering Chinese food. They so recommend new kitchen restaurant. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it enjoy to the fullest and eat well. It is so worth it

General Tso's Tofu sauce was a bit thinner consistency than expected but flavor was pretty good & the container was full.

This was my 2nd time trying food here & I won't order again. The Fried Wonton (Ten Pieces) were weirdly shaped & tasted cheap. The fried rice wasn't as good as before...last time it had bits of egg but that was gone. Just a standard yellow rice with peas, carrots, onion & a tiny amount of pork. The sauce for the General Tso's Chicken was good, but the quality of chicken was poor.

The rice was hard, tasted a little undercooked. The fried wings are smaller than I expect for a chinese restaurant. The sesame chicken was good though. Expensive for small portions.

The fried rice is good with plenty of veggies & some bits of egg. Egg roll was nice & crispy but seemed to only contain cabbage. I was disappointed in the fried dumplings, they were very soft & need to be reheated in the oven in order to get some sort of "fried" or firmer texture to 1 side of them in order for them to get the right texture of true fried dumplings.
