Normally, I have a great experience here, but this time was a bit disappointing. I requested Oreo crumbles and extra Hot Fudge for my Hot Fudge Sundae but when I received it there was barely anything added. For the extra charge for those toppings I usually get a decent amount more, so it definitely didn’t feel worth it this time.

I expect my drinks to be filled
To the fill line on your cups.. when it's an inch below in each of m drinks and im payingakmsy $5 a drink thats a bs!

They forgot to put Apple's in my son's Happy Meal.
My Iced Macchiato wasn't filled up, and no label saying it had an extra espresso shot that I paid for, so I'm not sure if it's actually in the drink.
