D5.Spicy Chicken Dry Mix Noodles / 香辣鸡拌面 was good, I like how you can customize the noodle width. But the sauce was quite salty. I guess it depends on your taste.
Between the C6.Beef Chinese Hamburger / 牛肉夹馍 and C5.Pork Chinese Hamburger / 卤汁肉夹馍 , I would go for the beef! It was good, and 1 is a good size for a snack/light meal and 2 would be filling enough for an adult. :)

There was a line out the door and I understand why - a beautiful bowl noodles, picked cabbage was excellent with the extremely well cooked beef.

honestly it's came faster than there was time to make it felt likehey threw thebroth in a microwave for like minutes and threw itut the door. would not order againN3.Handmade Braised Beef Noodles Soup-秘制红烧牛肉面
and hamburger C5.Pork Chinese Hamburger(1)-卤肉夹馍(1) was really mushy in parts

I prefer to eat 1915 hand pulled noodles in person since they don't give you much soup. The soup doesn't cover all of the noodles
I ordered the signature N1.Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodles Soup-招牌兰州牛肉面 with wide noodles
