great noodles
hefty portions in Handmade Braised Beef Noodle Soup
the beef is also very tender and mostly salty I don't really feel any other spices in it even if it is there it's not that bold to please my palate.

Ordered the pickled cabbage beef noodle soup. The portion is quite disappointingly small with HARDLY ANY BEEF in the soup. I also selected in the menu to add extra onions and coriander which they did not put into my meal. Overall taste was okay but the service is not up to standard. 1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle has always been my favourite but its sad to see that the qualities vary so drastically between different franchisers.

Incredibly delicious! Each dish was thoughtfully packed, such as the Handmade Braised Beef Noodle Soup with the noodles being separated from the soup. The portion sizes were just right and the condiments were great - chilli oil on the side if you need more. I'll definitely be ordering again!
