Everything was really good! The soup with a bit of rice feels like a warm hug. the yucca from the rice plate was perfection. Papa Rellena was delicious. Only FYI to share is the Cuban Empanadas order is one piece and not three as pictured on the ordering menu but that was perfectly fine as there was only 2 of us dining. Will definitely order from here again.

This restaurant never misses. The La Nani (Iced Café Con Leche) was strong and sweet - just the way it should be! The Spinach Wrap was well-constructed and very flavorful. I will be ordering again! And the Cuban Pastries were freshly made and still warm when they arrived. Thank you 1928!

I wanted the ropa vieja but it was not available so I opted for the pork & it was absolutely delicious. The tostones are huge & crispy and the rice is really good. Everything was HOT. I was disappointed the salad didn't have any tomatoes like I seen in other photos but I still enjoyed it. I'd order again!

The Medianoche and Magu's Yuca Fries were exquisite!
Both full of flavor, the sandwich was everything I expected and more. This was my first experience with Yuca
Fries, and I was very pleased. They were crispy, light, and delicious!
Also, the price was quite affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. 1928 Cuban bistro has earned themselves another regular!

I got the Cuban and caramel iced coffee for my first meal from here: absolutely bANGIN. A good portion of meat and the cheese was oozing out on the cut. Just a damn good sandwich. The coffee is bold, smooth, and not sickly sweet with the caramel, plus an ideal espresso to milk ratio. Will definitely be back!
