Wow! I live down the road and have been sleeping on this place! Delicious.. fresh and hot! Ive tried just about every fish restaurant and this one has absolutely stood out. My fish was fried hard.. how I like it! But was soft and tender on the inside. I ordered two 1/2 lb basa - it came with three meaty strips, plenty of fries, hot sauce, tangy NOT sweet tarter sauce and pickled peppers and onions.

i had the fish Fish, Shrimp & Grits . the visual presentation wasn't there but the flavor definitely was. it was a nice portion of food. nice solid pieces of fried fish and about 6 shrimp sauteed in a very tasty seasoning blend. the grits did spill out in bag so i suggest getting an actual plastic container with lid instead of styrofoam box for this item. overall, i would purchase again

Fried Okra a favorite go to side. Always cooked and seasoned perfectly, never oily like some places 😋
1930 is one of my favorite places, I've tried many different menu items they offer, potions are generous, flavor is always amazing; haven't had a single complaint yet.

WOW and i mean WOW. The Basa 1/2lb was DELICIOUS. The coating is perfect. The tartar sauce is fabulous. I could not get enough! Can't wait to share this restaurant with my loved ones. If you like fish, do yourself a favor and order this right here! Keep up the good work and thank you! ❤️

The fried shrimp were good sized and very flavorful. The green beans were great. Fresh and very garlicky, which I liked a lot.
