First time ordering food here. It was by far the best sandwich I have ever had. Definitely would recommend 100%. The Potbelly Whole Pickle is huge, like enormous but amazing.

We were so excited to be able to order from potbelly since we were both sick. The prime rib in the sandwich was nearly inedible because we couldn't even chew it and the carmelized onions were raw. Much of the salad was wilted and some even just mush. The vegetable aoup was ok but I wouldn't order it again. We wanted to like it all so much because the reviews were good.

Good shake. Good sandwich, looked forward to trying this particular sandwich, which was quality just not my favorite. I won't order it again ONLY because it ended up not being my favorite choices of meats. It still has appeal to many customers and the quality was there but I will choose something else as other choices certainly appeal to me.

There needs to be a way to customize sandwiches. I don't just want meat and cheese, especially at this price. I put "add tomatoes" in the comment section and they ignored it. Other sandwich places let you check which condiments and veggies you want to add.

The redmond location is so bad. Ive gotten this soup countless times at the renton location and have never seen it resemble throw up. so disgusting. the sandwhich was dripping with oil, i did not even ask for oil as a topping
