Wow - on 8/20 at 7:16pm, this was the best we've ever had from Yokohama!! Usually, it is good, but everything was spectacular, fresh, and hot this time. I cannot eat avocado, and this time, on the Hot Mama Roll, the chef subbed in I think fried shrimp tempura. Usually they do not do that, but it was incredible!!! The best!

Gyoza was stale and These were the smallest rolls I have ever ordered. $60 worth of food? it definitely wasn't worth it. I didn't know sushi rolls came in minis smh we ordered 4 different types of rolls Shaggy Dog Roll was good but that California Roll was barely the size of a quarter. Will not be ordering again.

The Teriyaki Chicken (10 oz ) was delicious! Tender, seasoned chicken and vegetables.
The strawberry drink was refreshing. Itall came in nice little bag. Treat yourself to a gouretake meal!

This remains my favorite Japanees restaurant. Ive tried others in Cypress but this one hit allthe flavor notes(unami) without over seasoning or adding too much sugar! Shaggy Dog Roll remains my favorite although the Shrimp Tempura Roll hand roll was great too!!!!
