Awesome staff! Wanted to sub ham on the "yes, chef" for chicken and tomato for avocado, if that was allowed. They added the avocado <3 and I originally missed  their call about being out of chicken, so they sent with the ham on the side and a note explaining the situation. Love that they didn't just assume one way or another, and took into consideration possible dietary or religious restrictions.
