I read other reviews before ordering, but I had none of those issues. The food was delicious and I am picky about deep fried chicken.
Missed Extra Point! (6 Piece Tender Meal) was delivered hot and on time. Both the Spicy Ranch (3.25 oz) and 1st & Ten sauces were delivered cold, separate from the hot chicken and fries.
Delivery driver used a professional insulated bag and texted a photo immediately after drop-off. 10/10 will get late night fried chicken from 1st & Tenders again

I do not know why so many of the other reviews are mid to poor. Give or take a couple forgivable mistakes in the past (which got fixed promptly when I brought them up), I found the chicken and the sauces to be very delicious. This is one of my favorite places to get chicken from. Their spicy sauces are also very potent so they're good for a glutton for punishment like me.

Food had good flavor but was cold and never got any notifications from doordash from the time it was being prepared to the time it was delivered. The coleslaw was very small, it was the size of the buffalo sauce but half full and over $2. Not worth it. Tenders were good quality.

For $60 we expected to get our whole order. I have seen this on the app for a few years, and thought maybe the reviews were wrong. We got two orders of fries and got half a box of scattered fries. We ordered the tenders smothered and they were dry. We ordered several different sauces, received some, and has unidentifiable replacements in others. We aren't picky people, but we will not be ordering from this place again. Truthfully feel a little ripped off.

Tenders were so overcooked the kids couldn't chew through them, ordered a 1/2lb of fries and got about ten fries(no joke) and they forgot the Mac n cheese. also arrived twice as late as it was supposed to
