The food at this establishment is fresh and well-portioned, but the overall experience is severely hindered by substandard customer service and inconsistent product quality.
I ordered the El Jefe Burrito and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. The burrito was quite good, generously sized, and tasted fresh, though the chorizo had a flavor profile closer to standard breakfast sausage. However, the latte was highly disappointing—bland, poorly executed, and entirely lacking in flavor.
The primary issue with this establishment is the customer service. The front-of-house staff member who assisted me was dismissive and remarkably rude. Simple courtesies, such as saying "good morning" and "thank you," were met with a blank, unbothered stare rather than standard professional hospitality.
While the quality and freshness of the food would normally warrant a return visit, I would only order here again if I were in the immediate area—and I would certainly skip the specialty coffee.
Management needs to address staff professionalism and beverage standards, as quality food cannot salvage a thoroughly unpleasant customer service experience.

I ordered: #5T Turkey Italian, Potato Salad, Soup Chili, and Voodoo kettle chips: Everything was delicious as usual! Compared to Hangover Hoagies, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Jimmy Johns, & a few other sandwich shops; AZ Sandwich Co. & Catering, is EASILY one of the Top 3 Sandwich spots in the Tempe & Maricopa area, maybe even #1! Never had a bad order from this place & if there is an issue, they always make it right! Amazing food & AMAZING customer service. : )

Best deli sandwiches in the valley! Always fresh, bread is soft but doesnt get too soggy too quickly from the condiments. Potato Salad is a must and ALL sandwiches are a great choice
