The portions are larger than Chipotle for the same price. Probably the best value food place around aside from buffets. Oh, and it tastes amazing also

seems like the meat and veggie portions have decreased while the prices have gone up, just like everywhere else. The Yakis weren't sealed properly when they were prepped which led to them opening while being fried, so I got a 10 pack where only 3 were edible. I used to work next door to the north olmsted location, was there when it opened, so this experience was disappointing. The last 3 experiences were the same, but I gave it one last try.

The mashi chicken noodles were really overdone and there wasn't enough toppings compared to noodles. The fried rice was just rice with soy sauce, no veggies or egg.

Bowl was awful. meat was like chewing rubber. broccoli was not steamed or cooked in anyway and sauce missing from bowl. I order this once a week every week and this is terrible quality from one of my favorite places

Every bowl was wrong, they bowls werent even filled. I spent over $70 and 2 of my kids didnt even eat it.
