The best ramen anywhere in this country I've had. Generous portion. Very fresh veggies. The pork belly was rendered beyond perfection and the broth will send you to an ethereal realm of flavor. ONLY GO PORK you will thank me later.

The food was actually disgusting. I ordered Shouyu Ramen (100% Chicken Broth).. The broth was extremely greasy, noddles congealed ( even in the hot broth). I only ordered from here because my usual place was closed today. I will never order from this restaurant again.

The Tonkotsu- Ramen (Home Made 100% Pork Broth) was amazing! Even with delivery, it was SUPER hot, and I had to let it cool down.

This is Japanese soul food. A must in Delray Beach. Small, fluorescent-lit restaurant with maybe 8 counter seats. Delivery is very much appreciated during Covid times. Thank you, Hiró. Happy New Year to you, staff and loved ones!
