The chirashi was excellent. The raw fish was fresh and of high quality, which cannot be said of most sushi places in Philly (unless you go for the pricey places).

Very good food. Especially enjoyed the Sake Don (Without Rice) and the variety of pickled veg. I love that it's also very gluten-free friendly!
The only downside was the Negihama. It smelled really fishy and didn't taste as fresh as the other dishes I tried.

the rice was much too cold and technique could be sharper, but this is the best quality sushi in town.
