Rincoln yteca is easily very very best Mexican restaurant for miles around. Family owned and run by real chefs. Amazing every time.

the tolteca omelette is pretty good and his stuffed pretty well. however, the so-called seasoned potatoes with vegetables is not very good. they boiled the potatoes before lightly frying them and they taste like boiled bland water potatoes. there is literally no seasoning on them whatsoever and the red tomato rice is extremely salty. I will definitely order the omelet again but I will never get the seasoned potatoes and veggies ever again
