I'm not sure if the photo does justice, but it was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, as well as the sweet plantains, and the pinto de gallo was very flavorful.

Hard to find a solid Nicaraguan fritanga in Central Miami. It seems most of the tasty ones I’ve tried are in Sweetwater/Fontainebleau. I ordered a “sopa de res” and it was good iUnfortunately, the serving size was pretty small for the price. Typically, broth and veggies/meat are served in two separate containers. They served in one.
The “lengua en salsa” was underwhelming. The order was two pieces but no sauce whatsoever. The charm of the dish is the tangy sauce that coats the meat. The dish was without any redeeming taste.

carne asada was extremely well marinated. the gallo pinto was phenomenal as well!
