I ordered the half dozen and some of my choices were not available. No big deal I made some substitutions. Of the 6 donuts that arrived only 1 could be eaten. They tasted stale and old. Pretty depressing when I'm spending $20 on donuts.

Usually I don't have an issue with this Dunkin but today I received barely any cream cheese on the bagel

We ordered 2  coffees and both were made incorrect even with the stickers on the cups, no sugar/splenda, the taste of the coffee seems like they need to clean their machines at this location. Usually great coffee from here but things seem different

My order originally said it would be here at 806. Did not arrive until 836. Ok I understand.  My hash browns were soggy with grease yet somehow still burnt. The crossaint was also burnt.  The drinks were fine.
