The Garlic Parmesan fries are soooo good! The sauce on them is so creamy and delicious! Full of flavor! And, it didn't make them soggy which was nice! I did a Custom Burger; and it was good! I don't know if it was a fluke thing, or their norm, but my patty was enormous and extended beyond my bun. So, if you're looking for protein value- it's excellent! The patty itself, I felt, could've used a little more flavor (which is why I couldn't give it a 5-star, but still definitely good)! Will re-order the garlic fries again; my mouth still waters for them! Burger was solid; but not quite "amazing." Would still easily recommend giving BFBAF a chance if you're on the fence! Satisfies a burger and fries craving!

The burgers are always really good and even seem to hold their own when delivered. the fries, on the other hand, have been undercooked and soggy the last few times we've gotten them. That's disappointing.

the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries didn't have real cheese, but rather fake liquid cheese substitute and it tasted nasty. I threw half of it away. The last time I ordered these a few weeks ago they were delicious. Very disappointing.
