Missing overpriced side items, coffee didn't have enough cream and sugar and cannot specify or ask for extra. I should at least be able to request the same things I could at drive-through without ridiculous mark ups

Fries were cold and stale as were the nuggets the tea didn't have any ice and even though I put ketchup in the order for the nugget sauce and ordered extra ketchup under condiments there was absolutely not a packet of ketchup one in the bag
