I want to like Cava. I've tried different items thinking that maybe I was just choosing the wrong combination of ingredients, but it's just not very good. The bowls and salads arrive soggy and way overdressed/sauced. The greens are floating in liquid, there are too many competing flavors, and nothing seems fresh or crisp. I miss Zoes.

I have ordered this same meal so many times and it is delicious. However my rice is hard and undercooked.. and therefore i am unable to eat my meal... and there was 5 items missing in my bowl of 10 requested items. Extremely disappointing and the fix was a 4 dollar refund for a 15 dollar bowl.

Arrived with no silverware. I ordered a side of pita chips, did not get pita chips.
They're not even on the receipt on the bag though it's on the receipt in the app and I was charged for pita chips.
Bowl is much less full than when I go in person. Like 3/4 full. Rice is undercooked and hard.
Essentially.... this is not what I paid for. Very disappointing.

Either my grains are burnt or under cooked. The rice is crunchy and the lentils taste like pebbles. A true shame cause it looked delicious. Unfortunately the bowl is inedible. I've ordered here before and that wasn't the case so I'm not sure what happened. But considering the food is inconsistent I'm not sure I can make this a regular spot.
