I want to like Cava. I've tried different items thinking that maybe I was just choosing the wrong combination of ingredients, but it's just not very good. The bowls and salads arrive soggy and way overdressed/sauced. The greens are floating in liquid, there are too many competing flavors, and nothing seems fresh or crisp. I miss Zoes.

I ordered a chicken and rice bowl, which was really good! everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
However, what I recommend is securing the bag better for Doordash orders. There was one piece of secured tap over the middle of the bag, but because the bag is so big, anyone could have gotten to the food, taken the food, or altered the food while it was waiting or being delivered. Food should be transferred in a tamper-proof bag to ensure the safety and quality of food. Please improve this system

I have ordered this same meal so many times and it is delicious. However my rice is hard and undercooked.. and therefore i am unable to eat my meal... and there was 5 items missing in my bowl of 10 requested items. Extremely disappointing and the fix was a 4 dollar refund for a 15 dollar bowl.

Arrived with no silverware. I ordered a side of pita chips, did not get pita chips.
They're not even on the receipt on the bag though it's on the receipt in the app and I was charged for pita chips.
Bowl is much less full than when I go in person. Like 3/4 full. Rice is undercooked and hard.
Essentially.... this is not what I paid for. Very disappointing.
