How lucky to find cookies that actually tasted homemade. The Snickerdoodles were lovely, buttery indulgences. The Triple Chocolate cookie took me 3 days to eat. It was rich and delicious.

Insomnia Cookies is absolutely fantastic! Not only are their cookies incredibly delicious, but their customer service is truly exceptional! I was blown away by their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Instead of just processing my order, they went above and beyond by taking the time to personally call me to double-check everything. The review is for the "self delivery" done by the store. I've ordered hundreds of dollars of cookies a week for work over the past 30 days and a minimum of two orders each week never show. I tried to order a personal order for $30 of cookies, it also never showed and I waited for 90 minutes because the app does not update with "merchant self delivery".
RECCOMENDATION: Pick up only. Cookies are good.
