I picked up my food for context - your cinnamon bun will either be overcooked, or undercooked - nothing in between. This location is within the South Hill mall and has never once provided something even remotely edible. The last churro I got was rock hard, churro was dry and stale, and the cookies were mediocre. There are several, MUCH better, local alternatives if you want a good dessert. Save your money.

Cinnabon is the new Chipotle when it comes to their Signature Frosting. No it wasn't melted down inside due to it being warm prior to frosting it either. Thought my previous order w/same results was a fluke thing but obviously not. Even with paying for extra frosting that come in tiny ramekin cups trying to make sure there's enough frosting on the rolls they are still bad. So thanks for the dry cinnamon bread again Cinnabon. Chipotle and Cinnabon BFF's!

BOTH the Cinna Sweeties and The cookie sandwhich were completely old, hard and dry. Totally non-edible. What a waste of money. However, the actual Cinnabons were legit!

Not good. The Cinnabons from Puyallup are not cooked enough. I had to put it in the air fryer. I was hoping these came from the Tacoma Mall. The quality is way better there.
