They take way too long to get the food to the dasher. They are consistently slow in the evening. The early morning crew is amazing though!

This is the second time they've done this to me. I don't know if there's a person that works there that doesn't know what a large cup looks like but I mean, I asked for a large mocha frappe and then they're giving me the medium. This is the second time they've done this. They need to train their staff on what a large cup is is it really that hard so how am I gonna get my refund for my freaking when I paid extra for my large frappe but I had to pay extra and then they didn't give it to me
