• 4/11/25I had a job making cheesesteaks when I lived outside of Philadelphia so I'm picky when it comes to cheesesteaks. The ultimate cheesesteak with bacon and provolone was delicious. They use the correct cheeses for a cheesesteak(cheese wiz or provolone) but I wish they offered shredded cheddar. The bread roll is key and it was good. The food wasn't overly greased up. Bacon French fries were how they are supposed to be.

• 10/9/23The pastrami steak was nothing like the pictures. Lil chunks of meat. Nothing was fully heated, they have a cheese sauce. Fries where undercooked and soggy. Baked potato luke warm. Driver got it here in good time so i know there is Just no love or care for the food. Sad cause it looked so good...

• 10/3/22In all of the years and different restaurants around, Great Steak is one the very very very few that remains constantly good. Been going here once in awhile since I was a teenager and I couldn't tell you a time that I was disappointed with it. Can't say the same with most of the other places around and there are A LOT of other places.

• 3/3/25Ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Other customers waiting in line saying they've been waiting for over half an hour. Then they put my food to the side behind the counter and never announced that it was ready so it ended up being cold by the time I asked for my pick up order again. Prices are not reasonable for that type of service or quality of food.
