• 9/25/22We were very disappointed w our sandwiches. There is normally ample meat but there was less than 3oz of meat on our Hook & Ladder® The large New York Steamer® tasted like the bread was was old. Very disappointed as Firehouse is one of our normal favs.

• 3/5/25Sent the wrong sandwich. This is the second time this has happened so it seems like there's a communication error. Not sure I'd be willing to order again. Paid $20 for a sandwich that wasn't even correct!

• 10/8/24I had a large catering order 2 days in a row. Both days the sandwiches were made very sloppy and not labeled. I had no idea what each sandwich was. I also ordered an assortment of chips but only received plain lays. I doubt I'll order from them again.

• 12/1/23Chips came open. My sub was cut oddly making it awkwardly more like 3/4 and 1/4 instead of diagonally in half. And where the heck was my pickle? :(
