The Sinigang Starter is amazing! The flavor of the broth is so wonderfully sour and the mix of vegetables is perfect. The Grilled Liempo with Tropical Salad is so good and definitely a must have. The Kare Kare is so tasty and warming. All three will be on regular rotation for me.

Beef inihaw was amazing! Nice and spicy and flavorful. The fried rice is where the 3 stars comes from. Tiny portion for 5 dollars and honestly not that good. Definitely will be going back to try other items.

Chicken adobo was a sweet, soy-based braise, not a more a traditional coconut vinegar forward sauce that I prefer, but everything was very tasty. The pork sinigang was nicely tart with generous meat portions.

The first time I ordered Pork Belly it was krispy but tender. This time it krispy but very tough! What happened?

Pork Sinigang is bland and needs more tamarind taste. It would also be nice to have more edible pork meat than just 3 cubes and and the rest are full pork fat and grease.
The rest of the menu are good.
