First they gave me hand-tossed instead of pan crust, like I ordered and paid extra for. Pizza wasn't done and cheese still shredded instead of melted. Also cheese tasted funny like it was old. Marinara sauce tasted like they added sugar to it. This pizza was a total disappointment.

Very disappointed. I ordered pizza expecting it to be fully cooked, but instead I had to put it back in the oven myself. The dough was undercooked and there was an overwhelming amount of sauce, which completely threw off the balance of the pizza. When you’re paying for takeout, you shouldn’t have to finish cooking your own food. I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.

Literally ordered two Create Your Own Pizzas and got one halfed in two boxes. was overcooked and dry. Very dissatisfied.

The pizza was great but the service was horrible. The manager let people skip me multiple times even though I was at the front of the line, she never checked with me to see if I was ordering or had already ordered or anything. I was also picking up a door dash there she proceeded to tell me that she already sent one of her own drivers out with the order.
