• DoorDash orderThe best pizza in DC! Margherita pizza is always so good! Pepperoni and garlic is also incredible. Alta Strada is definitely one of our neighborhood Italian restaurant.

• DoorDash orderhad high hopes for this place. portion was medium to small. the meal had pesto? but Pappardelle was supposed to have a different sauce and protein. there was NO and I mean NO protein in this. lol no meat just a huge glob of cheese in the middle.

• DoorDash orderHad to pick a place and I liked Alta Strada's menu. The Arugula Salad was fresh and delicious and the shaved mushrooms were an ingredient I hadn't had with arugula before - and they were great.
It was hard to pick a dish but I'm a sucker for the broccoli rabe+sausage combination so I got the rigatoni. Cooked perfectly with nice spice and garlic.
