I wonder if Five Guys toasts their burger buns. They tend to be soggy! The flavor of the patty is always good! We love the French fries, they taste like REAL potato and the restaurant always give a generous serving. My family and I order from this restaurant frequently.

The food was delicious and staffs are very friendly! Yes it may be expensive, but at least they made it fresh from the Grill! And plus, you can get extra fries when you order French Fries from Five Guys! So I'm giving Five Guys a Five Star Rating!

When Five Guys is "on" I think they have the best burger & fries of the fast food places, but it's becoming more and more frequent that something isn't right with the order.
It's 50/50 now that at least one of these issues crops up: Burger is over-cooked or dry, the fries are over-cooked or soggy (I thought both were all cooked with timers for everything so the inconsistency doesn't make sense), bun is soggy, or the one time that the amount of fries I received didn't even fill the cup.
I'm nearly at that point where I just stop looking for them, which is unfortunate.

Little Cheeseburger was dry and unseasoned. Cajun Little Cajun Fries barely had any seasoning either. Do better for as expensive as you are Five Guys!

My complaint is about the fries. I have been to this restaurant many times, and every time I've ordered the large fries for me and my husband to share, its usually a substantial amount. I ordered off the app a while ago, and because I was the only one eating, I ordered the small fries, because even the regular fries are too much for me. When the order arrived, there were literally 7 fries in a small bag. At the time, I brushed it off as a mistake. Today, I ordered for a few people. I ordered 2 regular fries and the usual large for me and my husband. When the order arrived, the fries that we received weren't even enough to make the usual large size that we get when we go to the restaurant. It seems like they purposely give you fewer fries when you order off the app. This is not okay, especially when the prices on the app are hiked up so high compared to going to the restaurant. Never again. Let me remind you, the name of the establishment is Five Guys, not Five Fries. DO BETTER!
