when i go in person I get the big cookies with cream in the middle. I thought i just bought that for the price, when it came it was just two little.cookies. I was so disappointed

The Big Bite Cookies were hard. And I thought the cookies would be bigger but they were small. I would order the Cookie Cake by the Slice again because it was good and soft

I ordered the Birthday BBall Cookie cake, it looks nothing like the picture. Basketball is very very tiny compared to picture.
